    Everything was fantastic, neat hotel, absolutely perfect and amazing location in a very lively neighbourhood. The breakfast was good quality and extravagant at The Pavilion and with great food, and the staff was experienced.

    Check-in delays could use more efficiency!!! The pool closure was a letdown, and having to rely on the malfunctioning safe in the room was frustrating!!! Wireless chargers should be standard nowadays!!!

    1st class and perfectly clean accommodation with prime location adjacent to the public areas, the artwork and the helping nature of the reception stuff. Above average breakfast with innovative options and cappuccino, for example served in the pavilion.

    The Executive club exclusive room was well-appointed, with a nice selection of pillows enhancing comfort. Garima, the manager, provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure all our requests were met. Although some staff were warm, not all interactions felt as personalized, which slightly marred the experience. Breakfast was elaborate and a perfect start to the day, but I encountered a few minor issues with dining that could improve overall satisfaction.
